Steps away from the beautiful sands of Pine Point Beach, great dining and endless outdoor activities on Maine's largest salt marsh. This three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home features a large family room, eat-in kitchen, three season porch and deck. Located a mile from Maine's Eastern Trail, the hiking, cycling and kayaking possibilities are endless or just relax on the sand and cool off in the clear water of stunning Pine Point Beach. The Fall and Winter seasons in Maine offer a bounty of outdoor activities as well. This home is located in close proximity to alpine and cross country ski resorts, as well as apple orchards and pumpkin patches. Beach horseback riding is offered October through March. Blankets will be provided, renters need to bring sheets and towels. June through mid-September we require 7 night bookings, Saturday to Saturday.

Great stay in Pine Point!

You can’t beat the location of this adorable place! It’s super clean, had everything we needed. The marsh in back is just as beautiful as the beach. We loved walking to the restaurants and marina which are so close. The beach was quiet and clean, so close, and very kid friendly. We traveled with my 5 boys (ages 3-18). There was plenty of room for us all! Thanks for a great week! Would love to come back!

Clean & Tidy!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous property! So clean, comfortable, and tidy with everything we needed. Loved the back deck outside to have morning coffee & grill at dinner. Close and convenient to everything - the path to the beach is a 4 minute walk and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. Views of the marsh are spectacular and the launch at the end of the road was so easy to launch our paddle boards for paddling the marshes at high tide. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect long weekend home

One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. We were two couples and two kids and this was the perfect home for us for Memorial Day weekend for some beach time plus Portland food scene. Couldn’t have been easier to get the kids to the beach (thanks for the use of the wagon!) which was large, sandy, and quiet. Our six year old slept in the sun porch and was very comfortable there. Very well outfitted kitchen with everything we could have wanted. Helpful and timely communication with the hosts. Would love to return!

The Best Family Vacation

Wonderful stay in lovely beach town

The house is beautiful with lovely view of the marshes put back. The house was exactly as described and fit my family plus some extended family. All children enjoyed themselves. All adults enjoyed themselves. Clean, quiet, cute home with host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even made local recommendations and were immediately available to answer any questions we had. House is located conveniently 20 min from everything. Loved it. Highly recommend!

Amazing beach house as always!

You can’t beat this location- this is our second stay here this summer and it is fabulous! The owners have added even more cute touches, and it’s just a pleasure to stay here. Super clean and plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy. And it is only a couple minute walk to a gorgeous spot on the beach. We also enjoy walking to the marina beach area and grabbing an iced coffee in the mornings. Had a blast! Thanks again!

Very clean!

The house was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect- easy walkable access to the beach, easy to get to Portland and other nearby attractions. Lots of great food and ice cream options nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I wish I had known that the room with 2 queen beds is actually a queen with a trundle queen, but it was functional and still fit our needs.

Great location

Check in was so easy. The living was huge with a really good size and oh so comfortable couch. Very short walk to a beautiful beach. The week was hot so we were very happy the AC’s were there! Great house in a great location.

Awesome house!

The host/owner is super nice and personable and has fantastic communication/response time. She keeps the house super clean and well equipped. The house is in walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. If you are looking to stay in that area - This is a great choice:).

Perfect Location, Spotlessly Clean

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Jennifer's place. The location is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Jennifer had beach chairs and an umbrella. AC was a plus for hot summer days. The home is updated and absolutely clean. Love the decor. I couldn't say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot close to beach!

We had a lovely stay and owners are super responsive and hands on! Just a quick couple minutes walk to the beautiful beach access walkway! We also love walking to The Bait Shed restaurant which is extremely close by. Thanks for hosting us!
