Fantastic two bedroom, one bathroom cottage in Charlestown with rare parking pass to Charlestown Beach via Charlestown By the Sea Association. The home offers two bed bedrooms, updated kitchen with stainless appliances, enclosed outdoor shower & central a/c for comfort. The backyard has a nice patio with gas grill & outdoor furniture to relax or enjoy a meal. The unfinished lower level, accessible by the garage door, offers a washer/dryer and beach gear for a long day at the beach. A summer vacation isn't complete without grilling, local seafood and farm fresh vegetables. Farmstands, markets and seafood restaurants are all a short drive away. For travelers looking to explore, Watch Hill, Mystic & Stonington are all within a 30 minute drive and offer wineries, dining and shopping.

Please note during late June - Labor Day, this property requires a seven night minimum Saturday turnovers and a four night minimum in May, early June and September. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
