Upon entering through the front door, you'll journey up the stairs to an open living space with all new furnishings and modern features. The living room features large sliding patio doors leading to a covered deck, perfect for your morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is beautifully designed and features stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, island seating, and a full dining table. Each feature is meticulously designed to offer the most inviting experience for all guests! The sleeping accommodations make for the perfect stay - featuring double bunk beds and king and queen bedrooms. You'll also have a private washer and dryer to ensure you always look your best during your stay. The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.
This home is in a great location sure to impress, as it lies just north of Belmont Park. Your family will love exploring every area of Mission Beach, from the sights and sounds of the five-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, the beachfront amusement park which houses miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, an arcade, and the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! The boardwalk has loads of trendy shops and restaurants to enjoy as well. You simply cannot run out of things to do in this area. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. This home is just steps to the bay, with the ocean just across the street.
Things to know
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
All living space and bedrooms are on the third floor (up the stairs from the second-floor entry).
This home may be monitored by exterior video surveillance and interior noise monitoring devices.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active Ring surveillance camera location on the front door pointed outwards.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
