Chateau Aspen 16 is a remodeled two bedroom, two bath condominium that has been upgraded with a beautiful color palette, materials, and furnishings. It has a full kitchen, a breakfast bar and separate dining area, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king upon request. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Excellent property!

The location can't be beat. The unit is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property management is proactive and helpful and responsive. We had a great time!

Great location

The location is fantastic, the management company were super easy to deal with. Main bedroom mattress was very "firm" and quite uncomfortable. Property is kind of dated but we had a great time and cant beat the location.

Great little Aspen Gem

This was such an amazing place in the perfect location. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the convenience and how walkable everything was. Property manager was very kind and accommodating too!
