Slope View Townhouse at the Base of Snow Summit Ski Resort!

This 2.5 Bedroom Premier Townhouse is literally steps away from Snow Summit ski resort. Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home, complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave.
The upstairs living area provides plenty space to relax with the family, complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet.

Downstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath, queen bed, and TV with a DVD player. Our second bedroom has a queen bed with a secondary bathroom located across the hall. There is also an additional nook with two twin beds.

Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. Come stay with us and enjoy everything that Big Bear has to offer!

Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: location, big windows w/ view of slopes / ski lifts, ski in location. Spacious, nice balcony. Nice fireplace. Cons: Everything old. Smelled like cigarette smoke; can barely squeeze in common bathroom. The twin beds are not comfortable. Heating system loud. No full size sofa to lie down in front of nice fireplace.

Great location but

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for skiing but the unit needs maintenance & updating. The carpet needed vacuuming, the lighting in kitchen & living area is poor, the floor light in living room was broken, showers didn't work well, kitchen faucet didn't work well, the TV remote was broken. The bathrooms need updating. For $700 a night you expect much better. I would only recommend this property to an avid skier because the condition of the unit is substandard for the price.

Radical 80s-Totally Tubular!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't think this place has been updated since it was built! SUPER ran down. Table and chairs were literally falling apart. Wore shoes everywhere as I didn't know what else would be crawling on the carpet. Furniture outdated. No overhead lights (except a lamp or two). SUPER cold upstairs and boiling downstairs (in bedrooms). Ski in Ski out if you DARE! SUPER icy! There is no easy way to the mountain. WAY overpriced!Price should be based on last renovation, not how many people it sleeps! The 1/2 bedroom? Seriously? It's 2 twin beds with a curtain... LOL
