This lovely updated 2BR/2BA villa offers guests free amenity cards to access Seabrook Island's two beautiful golf courses, the exclusive beach club and pools, multiple restaurants, and tennis and pickleball courts.

Beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, this villa features top-quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs, and a breezy outdoor balcony. Find tasteful decor inside and majestic live oaks outside.

Delicious food and spectacular ocean views await at the Pelicans Nest restaurant at the beach club less than a mile from the villa (amenity card required). Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village have additional restaurant and shopping options just outside the Seabrook gate.

LIVING AREA

The villa's stylish furnishings and quiet setting will quickly lull you into vacation mode. There's plenty of room for your guests on the spacious balcony and in the open-concept living area.

A queen-size sleeper sofa and two armchairs surround a large 60-inch cable TV in the living room. Gather for appetizers and wine, or settle in for a group movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING

Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the modern kitchen, stocked with everything you need to fix special meals. The spacious French door fridge has lots of room for all your favorite foods and drinks.

A formal dining area seats four on high back wicker chairs with two additional folding chairs stored nearby, while the nearby kitchen bar can accommodate two more.

OUTDOOR AREA

Take in views of towering live oaks from the private balcony. A dining table offers seating for four, and an electric grill is ready to use for afternoon cookouts.

WHAT'S NEARBY
You may never want to step outside of Seabrook Island Resort. Between the beach club, equestrian center (which offers beach rides!), indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, and golf, there's plenty to keep your group occupied from sunup to sundown.

When dining out, head to Hege's in 3.3 miles for an authentic French meal, followed by an energizing cup of coffee at Java Java equidistant. Bohicket Marina and Market is a favorite shopping destination 10 minutes away, and Synergy Day Spa offers wonderfully restorative massages.

The cultural mecca of Charleston is just 45 minutes away by car. Fort Sumter, Waterfront Park, and Rainbow Row are must-see sights, and Halls Chophouse is the hottest place for seafood and steak in the city.

THINGS TO KNOW
-The owners have covered the cost of the Amenities Card during your stay. Typically $33 per day, these cards are necessary to access golf, restaurants, beach club/pools, and racquet sports. Guests cannot access any of these without the amenity cards.
-Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and private laundry. A selection of board games is also provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
