Pure Bliss
Our stay was indeed pure bliss! Everything about our stay was incredible. This was the first tiny home weve stayed in, and it was perfect! When we accidentally locked ourselves out, the host was quick to respond and help us get back in! With any questions i asked, Natalie responded quickly and was more than helpful. The views were incredible. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway Charm
My husband and I booked this cute tiny house because we were attending a wedding nearby. We decided to make a long weekend out of it. We picked the location because it was close to the venue and because it was private. We enjoyed the morning sunrises with coffee and the quiet. The moon rises with a drink was a great way to end the days. We didn’t realize how far restaurants and grocery stores were, and decided we would definitely bring groceries if we had to do it all over so we could cook for ourselves. There isn’t any wifi, but we used our phones hotspot and streamed some tv shows. Overall, I would recommend it for a great short stay just to get away and reconnect.

Truly a Slice of Heaven!
My husband and I came down from Indiana for a wedding in Georgetown, and Natalie was an incredible host and truly thought of everything to make our stay welcoming, cozy, and well-stocked! From the fluffy towels and extra tolietry supplies in the bathroom to keeping sunscreen, bug spray, and coffee stocked, my husband and I found everything and more waiting for us! The property and view are gorgeous. You have two porches with comfy chairs, pillows, and mosquito candles, so we enjoyed our time out there watching the wildlife in the meadow. Natalie knew we were arriving late Friday night, so she kindly put the lights on for us. She was incredible with her quick messaging and promptly had someone come check on us when we had a little water issue that was resolved immediately by her and her team. We were well-cared for, felt very welcomed and cozy, and absolutely enjoyed the beautiful property! If we come back to this neck of the woods again, we will gladly request to stay here again.

Double Booked
Secured and paid up front for our stay 4 months in advance. Arrived on check in day near 6pm to find the listing occupied. Host responded about a hour later. Was apologetic, offered to assist with alternative arrangements, offered no charge future stay, and refunded full stay billing. Can't say where the fault occurred but find incredulous that VRBO somehow allowed a double book. Don't trust VRBO and communicate with host a week in advanced. Perhaps will prevent the disappointment we experienced?

About the host

I am a Georgia native who grew up in Nashville, TN. I always knew I would return to Atlanta when the opportunity arose, so after college, Atlanta is where I headed. I've lived in the heart of Atlanta since 2006 and purchased 3 Kings Landing with my brother and sister-in-law in 2019 to have an escape from the big city and share the experiences of nature with those around me.

Why they chose this property

The Farm at Kings Landing is a family owned and operated first generation farm. We pooled together all of our retirement savings to find the perfect place to call home! We purchased this farm out of the love of nature with a goal of owning generational land and creating a space to share with the world! This property had all we were looking for - lots of land, ponds, water views, multiple terrains, and areas for a true working farm.

What makes this property unique

Your stay with us is not just accommodations, it's a nature escape and experience! You have the opportunity to stay on a 300 acre working farm with so much to do and see during your time at 3 Kings Landing.
