The very spacious, beautifully renovated apartment on the ground floor of a 3-family house is ideal for holidays with children and for medium-sized groups (wheelchair very well possible). It is very quiet, below the village center, in the middle of nature conservation high moor "Munzenriet" (access road only for residents!). Trails, forest and walks in the immediate vicinity. Approximately 1. 4km up to div. Sports facilities such as ski lifts, ice field, curling hall, pump track.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed holiday: a small sauna, a Jacuzzi and a steam shower, also a large soapstone stove in the cozy living room. The bright kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. It has dishwasher, induction hob, oven, steamer and microwave. There are also washing machine and tumbler in the apartment. With high chair, travel cot, many toys for inside and outside, board games and books, the apartment is also ideally equipped for small and large children.
For the winter holidays you also have Davos sledges (with removable toddler attachments and sling bags), various bobs and rides available, for them snow-free time Bobbycar, scooters and bicycles in various sizes.

Next to the apartment is a large patio with views of the countryside for sole use, plus a large gas grill, 2 Festbankgarnituren and beach chairs.

It has a single garage with direct access to the apartment and own parking space in front of the house.
