Great location/needs to be upgraded to meet the standards of a true Vacation Rental.
The location is the main reason we booked this home. The direction of the back yard and pool were excellent. It was missing lounge chairs by the pool but the property owners sent us chairs through mail order. They were great but hard and came with no cushions. Pool and spa were nice, it tools us weeks before we were given access to the app that controls the temperature of the pool and spa. Once we had the app and access for the pool it made it better.
The living room was stages with very nice furniture in the VRBO listing but when we arrived the furniture that was in the space looked like it came from someone's grandparents home. Old and very ugly. The home was a good size but the mastersuite is not up to standards for a Vacation Rental. No California King bed. The bed was an IKEA kit queen bed and so uncomfortable. Next the kitchen, beautifully and well done
However was not equipment. Just the basics. No plastic plates, bowls, cups for taking our to the pool. No coffee maker just a small Keurig single cup. The one coffee maker they sent did not work. The fridge had an ice maker but they ice maker was not connected to any water source. The unit came with a very cheap vacuum which was so full of dog hair it would not suck anything up. The other 2 vacuums where shop vacs and did not have proper attachments for house use. To top off our first few days the previous renters before us had 2 large golden retrievers. Having full access to the home. Dog hair! I could go on.
