Just Coasting is a refreshing and luxurious waterfront retreat with all the bells and whistles! As you enter the home the large front porch welcomes you and your guests, then you are greeted with a sunlit open floor plan and views that complement the homes' 140 feet of shoreline on the main channel of Lake Norman!

This open concept home is perfect for bringing the family together, and is sure to keep guests of all ages entertained! The stunning master suite has two en-suite bathrooms and a large sofa for reading, watching tv, or just enjoying the view! The upper level movie room with electric reclining chairs and the game room on the lower level elevates the experience and memories you will make. Make some popcorn and enjoy movies, billiards, ping pong, arcade games, shuffleboard, and foosball in the comfort of your home!

You are going to want to spend your days and nights in this resort-like yard. Between the oversized deck, pool and spa combo, outdoor kitchen, and dock each of your guests will find the escape they've been looking for.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Just wonderful!

Couldn’t be more pleased with our week long stay for our family reunion. The accommodations, amenities and location were excellent. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. We enjoyed morning sunrise coffees on the pool deck, the pool, SUPs, game room, and lake! Excellent communication with host. Would stay here again…highly recommend!!

Beautiful home!

This is such a beautiful home! We had a wonderful stay with 3 families spending the week here together! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, stunning views! A few things to note- the windows upstairs were cloudy or maybe just dirty so it took away from the views of the lake. Not a deal breaker, but maybe can be fixed for the future! We rented a pontoon boat through the company that has a deal with the management company, which was super convenient. Be aware though they were very concerned about renting us the boat due to the dock situation. We also tried to rent a jet ski and could not get one due to the dock and location. This is a very high traffic area of the lake with boats making lots of wake all day. This is not an area where we could put floats in the water and chill. If you know this ahead of time you will be fine! The pool, hot tub and fire feature were honestly the best part of the house! Kids loved the game room! Plenty of parking for all of us. You will love it here!

College Reunion Getaway

Twelve of us Davidson alumnae rented this house in Cornelius (only about 4.5 miles from Davidson) for a five day reunion. The house was perfect. There were many comfortable bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area could accommodate everyone. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes and cooking utensils. The views were spectacular especially the sunrises. It was a great place for a large group.

Beautiful Home & Exquisite View

Terrific week away on Lake Norman in this beautiful lake house! Pool & hot tub were nice and warm, boat dock was available for our rental boat, and game room was a big hit with pool table & air hockey tables! Spacious and comfortable…we hope to visit again next year!

Great house with beautiful views!

This house exceeded our expectations. Nicely appointed, well done, with nice decor and amenities I would highly recommend for a group or a family looking to enjoy a nice lake retreat. It's conveniently located near both Birkdale and Cornelius. I would stay here again without hesitation.
