Sandpiper Cottage - Private Boardwalk to the Beach!

Enjoy a vacation of relaxation, convenience, and ease at Sandpiper at The Crab Point Cottages here in Carolina Beach. This private, two level duplex is ocean front with a private boardwalk, 2 minutes from the heart of Carolina Beach. Sandpiper has an ocean view balcony, as well as views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed available with linens provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, as well as basic appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, wash/dryer, and coffee machine. We also provide bed linens and bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and enough garbage bags for a short terms stay. If you are looking to explore the island, we have two beach cruiser bikes available in the garage. If you would like to grill out we have a propane grill on-site. This property is dog friendly, with a limit of 2 dogs and a fee of $100 per dog.

Girls weekend

This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway for a girls weekend with my two friends. The home is beautiful, perfect location for walking or a quick drive to restaurants and boardwalk access to the beach. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on balcony and making meals together in the open kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We appreciate the responsiveness of the host and the ease of check in/check out!

Visiting our UNCW daughter for a weekend beach trip

The condo was spacious and clean. Great place for our family weekend with our youngest who attends UNCW. Would stay again. Only unusual consideration was $200 cleaning fee for 3 nights and we had to get clean towels out of dryer and fold ourselves and was requested for guests to put towels in washer with bleach at check out and start the load. I had no problem doing those things except for hefty cleaning fee. Maybe consider lowering cleaning fee or not asking guests to be a part of cleaning. It was a first for us. However, there were many positives to the stay- location was awesome, nice area, easy access, bright enjoyable space, games, very comfortable beds. Quick responses from host. Hope to stay again!
