Retreat to the cozy primary bedroom which features it's own smart TV and large windows that offer views of the backyard garden and fill the room with natural light. You'll wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated as you take in the peaceful surroundings. The room is spacious and has ample closet space for all your storage needs. Additionally, the master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom that's appointed with rustic modern fixtures and finishes. With the large windows and en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The guest bedrooms in this home are also incredibly cozy and inviting, thanks to the high ceilings and abundance of natural light that floods the rooms. The guest bedrooms feature good-sized closets that offer plenty of storage for clothes, and personal belongings.

**NO PETS of any kind are allowed. The property is pet free due to host's cleaners being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's cleaners and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. Your reservation will be canceled and a $200 deep cleaning fee will be assessed**

Entire space is available for guest access.

*House is in a residential area so please be respectful of neighbors by following these quiet hours: 10pm-7am

*Absolutely NO CONFETTI allowed anywhere in the house. It is near impossible to clean up because it clings to all surfaces and hard to reach spaces. We will charge a $50 fee if confetti is found after your stay

*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & street and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously
