Family trip

So my overall impressions of the house were 70/30. 70% good 30%ok. First ill start with the good. I really liked the lication. The house was in a quite neighborhood and only blocks from the beach.The house itself was really nice. The layer was a little strange because there were three bedrooms in the house and then a fourth bedroom on the other side of the pool. It could have been used for another family or another couple. I also really liked how secure you felt in the house the house had a big wall all the way around it with a automatic sliding gate. The house also had bars on all the windows and 2 gates.The backyard was the Crown Jewel of the house. A lot of space a lot of places in the lounge and a lot of shade. Now for the not so good. The house looked kind of dirty like it hadn't been use in a while. For example there was a lot of dead bugs on the counters and you know dust and dirt in the corners just like it hadn't been using a while. In the description it wasnt clear that the living area didnt have A/C only the bedrooms have A/C and the laundry room(much appreciated). And the house is a truly a indoor outdoor living situation. The Atrium in the middle is open to the elements.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I'll start with thr positive. The house and pool is nice. The house is big with a nice layout.the house is very well equipted.there we're pool toys camping chairs and umbrella for the rain. The 4th bedroom was separated from the rest of the house. Now here's the criticism. The house wasn't very clean it felt like no one had rented it for months. The house was clean enough but Because of my other vacation rental experience I expected more. You can get the cool lights to work for 3 days but the property management. The host from BRB was responsible they would answer my messages but things didn't get done right away.A little tip the house is open to the elements. The center atrium is open. So there will be bugs in the house. The Master System is a mosquito repellent chemical mister system. So don't think it's misting water..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the backyard of this house, with many different seating areas and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. The inside kitchen was also wonderful. Beds could have been a bit comfier, on the whole, and we would have appreciated a house guidebook and some more things to do (board games, card games, pool toys, etc.). Hot water was also a bit hit or miss for showers.
