Clean property a close drive to beaches

The house is nicely refinished and very clean. The host was very responsive with questions. An easy drive to beaches.

Abandoned trash ridden property next door over. Kitchen counter infested with tiny black ants. No amenities... not even coffee. Property needs upkeep. TV not working. Everything about this place was horrible.

Add represented as fenced in backyard with fenced-in pool There was no pool the outside front and back yard is not maintained or clean lack curb appeal Was clean inside in the host contacted and communicated nicely but we did expect a pool
