The beautiful cottage with traditional thatched roof offers generous space for 4 holiday guests (2 bedrooms) and has a high quality bathroom with large corner bath and shower and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor there is a 52 m² living-dining area with comfortable seating, fireplace, satellite TV and in addition to a fully equipped kitchen is a dining table for 6 people available.
A large covered terrace for cozy "outside evenings" and a walk-in balcony from both bedrooms, you will be able to inhale enough salt and nature-smelling air.
The parking is located on the property.

The cottage is the larger of 2 cottages which are located on a beautifully landscaped 870qm plot.
Since the entrances are separated from each other and each house has a piece of land for itself, you will not notice your neighbors.

Tolles wohnliches sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unser Urlaub im Ferienhaus genossen. Es ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügig, sauber. Einfach wunderschön zum Ferien machen. Wie merken uns diese Perle und werden höchstwahrscheinlich noch einmal buchen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und liebe Grüße aus Leipzig

Ruhig und naturnah

Sehr angenehmes und komfortables Haus, wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Gut ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen. Praktische Nähe zu einem prima Fahrradverleih und direkten Anschluss an Wege zum Laufen und Fahrradfahren.

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Es fehlt leider die Waschmaschine (ist auch nicht beschrieben). Trotz vorbei gehender Durchfahrtsstraße liegt es ruhig am Ende einer Stichstraße. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Mit dem Rad ist man sofort am Radweg rund um den Bodden (88km). Nach Barth und Zingst kommt man im nuh (5 bzw. 8 km).

Hübsch mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hübsch, mit großzügigem Garten. Auch die Einrichtung und die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber und geschmackvoll. Zwei Punkte könnten besser sein: das WLAN ist leider sehr schlecht und reicht zB. nicht, um Filme zu streamen. Der zweite Punkt: Von den Küchengeräten darf man nicht zu viel erwarten. Besonders die Spülmaschine hat leider kaum funktioniert. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern, Check In war problemlos.

Sehr schöner Silvesterurlaub

Das in Pruchten gelegene Ferienhaus war eine Wohlfühloase. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Ikea lässt grüßen. Sehr ruhige Lage mit einem Bäcker in der Nähe. Die Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus ist der Hammer. Auto konnte direkt auf dem Rondell vorgefahren und eingeparkt werden. Für 2 Pärchen war es ein sehr großes Haus. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Super Haus

Es war ein sehr schön Urlaub das Haus ist gemütlich die Betten sind bequem Carport ist groß genug für einen Bus sehr zu empfehlen

Der schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Toller kleine Bäckerei zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Großer Wohn-, und Küchenbereich. Nach Ausfall der Dunstabzughaube war der Hausmeisterservice schnell vor Ort.
