THIRD MASTER BEDROOM: King Bed and Two Twin XL Chair Conversion Beds. Large walk-in shower with rain shower head and copper sink. One TV.

No "Administrative" or "Property" add-on fees! The Lodge at Columbia Falls is also outside the City limits, so Resort Tax does not apply! Rates are already discounted for the 2022 Season and will not be negotiated. Smoking is allowed outside and we may be able to accommodate your pet(s) with prior arrangements and additional deposit. Events only with prior approval and fee. Rental Contract with names and ages of all guests required. For your safety, the property features exterior Ring Security Cameras. Ample parking with circular driveway, but no garage access is available. The property is only suitable for those able to climb stairs and children over 6 years of age, who are able to swim and will be supervised by an adult at all times.
