Welcome to Reflections on the Bay. This complex and the amenities offered are second to none! It has one of the best views offered and the pristine area that Bay Point has created surrounding it. There is the Gulf and beautiful St. Andrews Bay! This one-of-a-kind retreat offers jaw-dropping bay and golf course views, a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a Gulf-front main bedroom with balcony access.

When you book this fourth-floor home away from home, you and your loved ones will enjoy incredible complex amenities. This includes a 10,000 square-foot tropical resort pool (heated seasonally), an 11,000 square-foot full-service Serenity Spa and Salon, an indoor pool and whirlpool, watersports, four on-site restaurants, a game room, a business center, and a water shuttle to Shell Island.

Things to know
During Spring Break, all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach chair service rentals are available from Mar. 1 through Oct. 31. This is not included in this property rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring break getaway

We loved the covered porch that overlooked the pool and the bay. Pool fountains were very soothing. The pool area was exceptionally clean and our children loved the pools and hot tub! Taking walks on the nearby boardwalk was very enjoyable!

Reflections 405

We found the Reflections site on the bay beautiful. The pool was awesome for the kids. The room itself left much to be desired. Our main complaint was the air conditioning. It was obviously remotely controlled by Vacasa and didn’t cool the room. When we tried to get help, we were told to fix it ourselves.

A little disappointed

I loved the view, and the actual condo, but I didn't like the thick dust on the bottom shelves of the table, the dirty floors , and the dirt, dust ,hair covered base boards especially behind the toilet, and the curtains were falling off the rod in the livingroom. What I was very unhappy with is there is no one on site to help when it took quite awhile to get through to someone to tell them our condo door wouldn't lock, which was discovered on our way out to a two hour Pirate Cruise, and told a ticket would be wrote up for it. Umm ok we will just leave our door unlocked our whole stay when we leave....really what is right about that? We bought batteries and replaced them ourselves and good thing because no one ever showed up to fix it. I really feel bad for the people that own these condos and trust you to get things done correctly. Was it horrible? No, not after we fixed, and cleaned things. Just what I wanted to do on vacation.
