With amazing mountain views and luxurious amenities, this fabulous 5,300 square foot 4BR/5.5BA house presents the ideal alpine retreat. The nearly half-acre property is surrounded by trees, so you can enjoy quiet solitude while soaking in the private hot tub on the wraparound deck.
Huge windows provide picture-perfect views. Three gas fireplaces and radiant floor heating in most rooms add to the allure. The free Park City bus is nearby, making it easy to get to Deer Valley Resort or Park City. This prime location offers the utmost privacy and convenience!
LIVING AREAS
The main living area features an inviting open-concept design, allowing your group to watch shows on the 65” TV, or kick back on the large sectional while basking in the glow of a double-sided fireplace.
For a cinema-style experience, the ground-floor media room has a large projector screen and surround sound. Enjoy the ambience of the fireplace from the comfy leather couch.
An additional living area has a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the third-floor loft has two armchairs, a 40” TV, and a home office space.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed gourmet kitchen boasts a four-burner gas stove, wine fridge, double ovens, and Sub-Zero fridge. Handy gadgets include a fondue pot, double rotating Belgian waffle iron, Sous Vide, Instant Pot, an immersion blender, and a steam popcorn maker, as well as a blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, and instant hot water dispenser.
Sip pre-dinner drinks at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
The stately master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, private deck, and a reading nook with a chaise lounge -- ideal for marveling at incredible mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a huge walk-in closet, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The ground-floor bedrooms each have outdoor access and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds. An additional bathroom off the foyer has a walk-in shower.
A half bath is adjacent to the lofted living area.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The private wraparound deck has a gas grill and a six-person hot tub. Take an indulgent soak while enjoying unobstructed mountain views.
When covered in snow, the expansive property is ideal for kids (or kids at heart) to go sledding. Sleds are provided for your enjoyment.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Extras include complimentary enhanced Wi-Fi, a landline for free domestic and international calling VOI (to select countries), a washer/dryer, air-conditioning, and parking for six cars (two in the garage, four in the heated driveway).
Additional perks include a trash compactor and a lift from the garage for groceries and packages.
THE LOCATION
A bus stop is within a 2-minute walk of your door; the Snow Park, Stein Eriksen Lodge, Silver Lake Village, and all of Deer Valley mid-mountain a short ride away.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
