Why they chose this property
Our home is a .09 mile walk to the Mill Pond (or golf/town) and this community of 750 is quiet year-around. You can hike dozens of nearby trailheads to streams, waterfalls, lakes & some of CA most idyllic venues - starting right in our neighborhood!

What makes this property unique
Our home has it all - just bring your groceries & family/friends - you'll be all set for a relaxing vacay. We have ping pong, linens, fully stocked kitchen/coffee (Keurig and Mr. Coffee) plus a glorious and private deck to wash away the stress over morning coffee and evening wine. Our house is older with new & nice furnishings - it provides lots of space, comfort & privacy. Our guests consistently return & tell us how much they love our home over a more modern choice. Come enjoy our quiet "cabin" in the woods!
