Seashell Cottage is a relaxing three story home with wrap around porch that faces our historic little town of Cape Charles.

Seashell cottages' first floor offers several relaxing family rooms to read a good book or to watch a great movie together. The Kitchen and dining area have an open layout to accommodate everyone's needs. With laundry and half bath. The second story Master bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a personal den. The master bath is accommodated with two vanity sinks, over sized bathtub and separate shower. Also on the second floor, a full bath with two bedrooms, queen size beds with sliding glass doors that take you out to the balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to watch the glorious sunsets overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Our third floor loft offers a relaxing sitting area to watch television or to read a good book or to play a great game of Air Hockey. Also with two twin beds that overlook the Chesapeake Bay. The home is located right on the corner of the beachfront with only a few steps to have your toes skipping in the sand or a short walk down the boardwalk to the fishing pier.

Great Property

This is a great location with wonderful views of the water from the kitchen window and two of the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and they have beach chairs, boards and floaties to use at the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Have stayed here 3 or 4 times.

We.have rented properties for 40 years. We chose this property because the bedroom configuration and location were great. I gave this property a 3 star because of the lack of cleanliness. The property needs to be deep cleaned and decluttered. There was also a strong musty smell in the kitchen especially inside cabinets. This could easily be a 5 star rating if the property had some TLC.

Fun week at the beach

One block from the beach was wonderful for the grandchildren and adults. We could go and set up tents and the kids stayed at the beach the entire day and would go back after dinner. Great location and really nice house.
