Upscale mid-century modern touches meet natural light in this charming home, boasting a sparkling, private pool. All ground floor, everyone's welcome to come along to relax in this home. Kick back on the furnished patio, or set up a pool tournament around the private pool table. The open kitchen features full-size appliances for putting together entire meals for you to enjoy, which you can enjoy in the sun-kissed dining area or at the breakfast bar. If you'd rather add an extra char to your meal, just take it down to the shared community grill. But when you're ready to settle in for the night, central air-conditioning will ensure you fall asleep at a comfortable temperature.

The first bedroom of this home is directly to the right as guests come through the door, in the same alcove as a full bedroom featuring a standalone shower. This light-filled bedroom features a front yard view and a lovely sitting area. If guests turn left at the pool table instead, they'll find the alcove featuring the second and third bedroom. Both bedrooms are decorated in rich tones, with the second bedroom (on the left side) featuring a gold and emerald color scheme and the third bedroom (on the right side) featuring rose tones and a backyard view. The full bathroom between them features a shower/tub combination. The fourth and final bedroom lies just to the right off the full kitchen. This main bedroom suite features a private entrance to the backyard and a deluxe en suite bathroom, featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
