Welcome to our Designer Island Oasis! This 2-unit retreat has been beautifully renovated and re-decorated with the touch of a luxury designer. The duplex sits RIGHT ACROSS from the famous Treasure Island Beach, and only minutes from plenty of activities. The large property comes with FREE parking, a putting green, outdoor ping pong, corn hole and giant Jenga, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and OUTDOOR SHOWER, and plenty more! We're also PET FRIENDLY and even have toys! Boat launch 2 blocks away!

The Space:
A signed rental agreement and legal ID is required to check-in.

This cozy 1b/1b condo is our downstairs unit (private entrance through the gate) with direct access to our fenced-in Tiki yard (putting green, ping pong, fire pit, outdoor shower, etc.). The unit has recently been remodeled with new flooring, a new stainless steel stove, and some new furnishings. Note, the kitchen is smaller than a normal kitchen with only a mini-fridge. The bathroom is off the kitchen with a walk-in, tiled shower!

Our parking out front is HUGE. As a result, we can conditionally accommodate boats and RVs. You must request this in advance and we cannot guarantee space (depending on the other units rental situation).

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire property! That includes the FREE parking, the corn sack & all beach games, the private courtyard & grill (shared with the upstairs unit), the OUTDOOR SHOWER, the Washer & Dryer, the HAMMOCK, and anything else our island retreat has to offer!

PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. Meaning even if you don't bring a pet, the upstairs unit might have a pet. If you do bring a pet, you MUST notify us in advance. Fees and restrictions will apply. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside the unit. Any incidents or violation of the rules can result in additional penalties, up to and including the cancelation of the remainder of your stay with no refund.
