Pendio del Sole is a beautiful, quiet and centrally located 2.5 room flat (approx. 65 m2) with a panoramic view. Beautiful walking paths are in the vicinity, and you also have use of the swimming pool with sunbathing area.

Please note: The swimming pool is NOT heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.

Room layout: Living room with open kitchen and exit to the balcony, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/WC, corridor. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room.

Ideal occupancy: 2-3 persons

One medium sized dog is allowed in Pendio del Sole.

Smoking is not allowed in Pendio del Sole. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Pendio del Sole has one dedicated parking space in the parking garage with a lift that takes you directly to the apartment.

Perfekte Sicht auf den See, aber

Die Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort lief perfekt. Bspw. war der Toaster nicht vorhanden, eine kurze E-Mail und am nächsten Tag stand dieser vor der Tür. Die Sicht auf den See ist einmalig. Wir hatten die untere Wohnung gebucht. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, alles war sauber. Gestört hat die extreme Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Wir hatten das Gefühl, unsere Nachbarn in der oberen Wohnung befinden sich direkt bei uns im Nebenzimmer. TV, Schritte und Gespräche klangen direkt durch. Wer sich dadurch nicht gestört fühlt, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Wir würden auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit die Wohnung nicht noch mal buchen.
