Awful

The place was horrible. 1) it’s hard to tell in pictures but it’s right next door to a travel lodge. Super sketchy 2) since it was our first time in OBX, I wasn’t too familiar with streets but the house was located right on one of the mains roads. We’d here cars, trucks, horns etc all during our stay that was supposed to be a relaxing getaway 3) the place itself spelled awful. It was a mix of must/mildew 4) dishes were dirty and gross 5) we found cockroaches in our bathroom towards the end of our stay (we stayed only 3 nights) Very unhappy with this and so not worth the money we paid

Layout and location was ideal. Enjoyed having a garage for bikes and use of the boogie boards provided

Easter Weekend family trip

We stayed in this condo over Easter weekend and into spring break. I have mixed reviews. The location of the condo was great, close to beach and activities. The inside of the home was clean, beds & furniture were comfy. Rooms & closets were large. Liked the abundance of blankets and nice towels in bathrooms. The outside needs major cosmetic upgrades, we were very concerned when first pulling in. Paint is chipped throughout, stairs and balconies are very weathered, rusty and not kept up. The layout was unexpected, 3 floors with 1 bedroom on bottom floor. Very inconvenient to not have a bathroom on the main floor. Alot of walking stairs in condo. Also, very little counter space and no pantry for food made meal prep difficult. We had issues with tv, no sheets for 1 of the beds and no trash bags. Took mgmt company 2 days to provide each item. Also, there is a game console but no games for younger kids. I would suggest adding that. I would also suggest providing some basic necessities in kitchen like salt, pepper, etc and laundry soap/dry sheets would be a nice touch. We enjoyed the board games provided as it rained our first 2 days. Overall, condo was nice and great location but would not stay here again with several inconveniences.

Great Location

This house is within walking distance to the beach and allows for easy access to things to do all over OBX. Some minor improvements would make this a 5 star location.
