Literally 30 seconds to the open and stunning Captiva beach.

This stunning three-story Captiva beach home is not only one house to the beach it also has side Gulf views from two of its multiple balconies. This spacious home has been thoughtfully designed with the living spaces on the top floor, the bedroom on the middle/second floor and the indoor/outdoor.

Walk into the light filled entry that gives you access to the three-car garage, pool and stairs to the upper levels. Your vacation is made easy by unloading items right into the garage and into the elevator that spans all levels of the home. This main level features a beautifully designed bar area with 8 feet sliding glass doors that open to the lush tropical pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, stone patio and gas grill. The perfect spot to relax while listening to the waterfall.

The second floor is set up for comfort featuring the first of two living rooms in this home. A large sectional sleeper couch, huge flat screen television and small deck. The first bedroom on this floor has a comfy queen bed, en-suite bathroom and two large closets. The second guest room also has an en-suite bathroom, two twin beds and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom en-suite boasts a king bed, sitting area, walk in closets and private front deck. The stunning upscale bathroom with a standalone tub for soaking stress away and a large tiled separate shower. The laundry room is also on this level with a large capacity washer and dryer.

The top floor of this home has stunning partial Gulf views from two of the spacious decks. This open floor plan features the second living room with sectional sofa and flat screen television. A large seating area to view the tropical and Gulf views. A large dining area with seating for eight as well as a beautiful game table with seating for four. The large kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, pantry, stainless top of the line appliances and large breakfast bar. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is also on this level.

*Please note there are a few top screens in the two story pool cage that are torn and set to be fixed in the fall.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Captiva. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and 3 year old grandson spent a perfect week at Anchored here. The home was only 1 house back from the short path to the beach. The home had all the beach accessories needed - beach wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs and plastic beach buckets and shovels for building sand castles. The house also has an elevator which made transporting our luggage and groceries to the second and third floors so handy. The screened in pool/spa was wonderful, especially after being on the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of bed linens and towels for our use. Enough room for us to spread out or gather together for meals or to play games or just hang out on the outdoor patios on the second and third floors. The Wi-Fi worked great and their were numerous televisions throughout the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent Anchored Here again, if we have the opportunity to vacation in Capitva again!!

What makes this property unique

Multiple decks with great views. The living space of this home is on the top level which means the entire top floor is dedicated to dining, cooking, watching your favorite movies, playing games, or enjoying the views from the multiple decks. There is a second living room on the second floor in addition to the three en-suite bedrooms. The first-floor features sliders that open completely to the grotto style pool. A fabulous home for a perfect Captiva vacation.
