Fully equipped kitchen with dining space for up to 10 people and offers radiant floor heat for those chilly mornings. A short walk to both downtown North Woodstock and Lincoln. Great recreation center amenities including newly renovated indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts and a spring fed swimming pond with a sandy beach. Easy access to Loon Mountain, The Flume Gorge, and endless trail heads for hiking, and mountain biking in the White Mountain National Forest.

Winter Getaway

Excellent property. Well maintained, very clean, and with up to date furnishings. Excellent location. Close to everything, including major attractions. Property owner, Pete, is very friendly, easy to talk to, very accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience all the way. Definitely recommend this property to any group.

Perfect stay

We had the best stay at this Deer Park condo. Condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Checkin process was super easy. I loved the location as it was close to skiing and nearby town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for a great stay at not a great distance to Loon!

Cozy cabin-like stay. Stayed over new years and would do it again, it's weird how a short drive away and you're in a winter wonderland but outside the property felt like the American northwest. Overall it's a 5/5 for a group gathering
