Beautiful villa only steps to the beach with new resort-style pool, spa and outdoor living space. With five bedrooms and five and half bathrooms, the villa is beautifully furnished and comfortably accommodates twelve guests. With over 5,000 square foot of living space and 2,000 square foot of decks, you will enjoy the amazing ocean views, gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces, multiple dining table options, convenient elevator and abundant seating areas to gather together - or find a quiet space on your own!. Located on a quiet street, it is less than a minute walk from the beach access and a few minutes from Wild Dunes resort.

The backyard is the location of a large sports pool with a tanning ledge and spa. Both the pool and the spa can be heated for an additional charge. Lounge chairs are available on the tanning ledge, the travertine deck or on the shaded veranda. Comfortably furnished, the veranda has a large screen TV, see through fireplace, bar and a grill. Through the door, the ground floor features ample parking and a finished garage area for ping pong and darts.

The first floor of this villa is where you will find four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and bunk room with a full size bed over a queen bed on this floor. Enjoy watching TV on the 84" smart TV, plug in for video gaming, enjoy the stereo system, play a game, put together a puzzle or enjoy a snack from the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave.

Head on up to the top floor of the reverse floor plan design, take in the stunning ocean views and enjoy the multitude of seating areas, inside and out. With an open floor plan that features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, oversized kitchen island, wet bar with icemaker, an expansive living room and a large dining table there is plenty of seating for everyone. Two ocean facing balconies also provide a sitting area, a swing bed, outdoor dining table table and table for the kiddos. This level also features a large master suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom, sitting area, fireplace, and private balcony.

On the rooftop deck you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets with unobstructed views of the ocean. Sneak up after dark to experience incredible star gazing or spend the afternoon enjoying the sunshine.

Fabulous Beach House

I can't say enough great things about this house! We stayed here with all four of our children and a few of their friends and had such a great time. The house has so much room and is so well equipped. The pool, hot tub and outdoor patio are an added bonus. In addition to the wonderful house, the owner is also great. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome during your stay. We will definitely be back!

Excellent home and great service

We have stayed at many homes on IoP and this one was up there with the best of them. However what separates it from others is the level of service. The check in process including an app to open garage door was super easy. There was a welcome bottle of wine. The few issues we had were addressed immediately and the owner even called to follow up during the week. Also, for a second row home the views of the beach were amazing. The pictures on line don’t do it justice.

Isle of Palms Beauty

Our family enjoyed our stay at "Where Else" tremendously. The house was spacious and well appointed. We had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of areas to gather together. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard pool and spent more time there than on the beach. Management was quick to respond whenever we reached out. I would highly recommend "Where Else" for anyone planning a family vacation to Isle of Palms.

Amazing Week!

We loved our stay at Where Else. The house was even better than advertised! The layout was great and everything we needed was stocked. We enjoyed the house so much that we rarely left! We could have used one more bedroom instead of the bunk room which would be our only reason to not rebook. And I know it’s common for properties to charge to heat pools and hot tubs but it does seem a little silly to have a hot tub that you charge extra to heat. However, the process was easy!

World Class Luxury!!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental property! My family had the best time spending our mornings on the deck sipping coffee with the ocean and our afternoons/evenings pool side watching Golf and playing cards. This house is perfect for big groups. There is so much room for everyone to have their own space. The house was also filled with beautiful furniture, gorgeous art, and every possible appliance you could ever need. If you have a big family trip in your future, this is the #1 house in all of Isle of Palms!!

40th birthday weekend celebration

Loved everything about it! From the location to the decor. We had an amazing weekend with plenty of room for everyone. We loved watching football on the outdoor tv by the fireplace while some were enjoying the hot tub next to us. Also have to include the beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets off the porches!! Would highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return!

The perfect relaxing getaway

Took a long weekend over Labor Day with friends, stayed 4 nights/5 days. Property Manager met us onsite upon arrival to show us how to operate everything inside/outside, very convenient and helpful! We only had 4 adults in our party so way more house then we needed but the entertaining spaces indoors and outdoors is what sold it for us. Amazing ocean views from terraces and the back yard/pool area was so much fun. House was super clean and ready for us upon arrival and everything was in great working order. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Beach Home

Nothing short of spectacular! Our family has vacationed many times with grandparents, adult children and grandchildren, and without question, this home was our favorite. Perfectly located for a short walk to the beach, and the ocean views from the numerous outdoor levels are beautiful. The home is nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is fully equipped and has upgraded appliances. The new pool, and outdoor lounge area with a fireplace and TV might possibly been the best feature. Many great memories were made, and we will visit again!

Lovely and large property

Well appointed and well maintained, large home one lot removed from the beach. Pool area was perfect for family with young children. We had no rain, but this house is ideal if you have a rainy afternoon with kids. Lots of room to explore and run. A good week all around

Perfect Beach Getaway Stay

Everything was perfect! The house, the pool, the views. Lots of room the spread out, very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee with a book or wine durning the golden hour on the second story deck’s large swing bed overlooking the ocean. Neighbors were friendly and the area was quiet and clean. Great location in proximity to shopping and dining options. Owner & property manager were both super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Fabulous, Amazing, Luxurious, Totally Equipped, Perfect Location,

This was a wonderful home for our girlfriend reunion week in Charleston. We loved lounging on the expansive decks and porches, enjoying beach views and dipping our feet in the beautiful pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We all agreed that it was the nicest home any of us had ever rented. The Great Room/ Dining Room had a casual elegance. The second living room was a great quiet space for reading. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful home!

Great 60th Celebration

We had a group of 6 who celebrated 60 together and what a beautiful home to celebrate in!! This home has everything you could want! The furnishings, the layout, the porches, the backyard with the pool and seating area with a fireplace and the view!!!! We enjoyed everything about this home and highly recommend it!!
