Great location for the purposw of our trip.

Very much enjoyed our two night stay in this property. It was close to where my family event was happening and had everything we needed. Will book again if we come back to the area.

THIS PLACE PUT THE LOVE IN LOVELAND!

FIRST OF ALL.. WE HAD NEVER USED VRBO BEFORE, SO THIS FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL! NOW.. ABOUT OUR STAY! MY FIANCE AND I MOVED OUR ENTIRE LIVES FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO LOVELAND, COLORADO IN ORDER TO BUILD A MUSIC FESTIVAL. WE WERE MEANT TO STAY ONLY 1 MONTH, BUT WOUND UP STAYING 2 WEEKS LONGER, AND I AM SO HAPPY THAT IT WAS HERE! THE OWNERS OF THE RENTAL WERE SO KIND, SO VERY HELPFUL, AND MADE US FEEL LIKE THIS WAS OUR HOME. THE VIEWS OF THE SUNRISE EVERY MORNING WERE MAGICAL, THE COMFORT OF THE LOFT WAS AMAZING, AND WE HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE NEEDED! THE LOCATION TO DOWNTOWN LOVELAND WAS PERFECT, ONLY A FEW SHORT MINUTES DRIVE AWAY, AND NOT A LONG DRIVE TO FT. COLLINS EITHER.THE BENSON SCULPTURE GARDENS ARE LITERALLY A 3 MINUTE WALK AWAY, AND YOU CAN GAZE AT THE MOUNTAINS FROM YOUR KITCHEN WINDOW OR FROM THE BALCONY. IF YOU WANT AN ESCAPE, THIS PLACE IS IT! CLEANLINESS... CHECK! PRIVACY.. CHECK! COMFORT... CHECK! THIS PLACE IS A 20 OUT OF 10I WE HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! My wife and I have lived in Colorado for most of our lives. We love the area and would be happy to share our insights on the best places to go for food and fun! We both love the outdoors and think Colorado is a wonderful placed to enjoy all seasons of the year. We love being hosts because it's such a pleasure to help guests fully enjoy the area. With a comfortable and functional place to stay, the world is at your finger tips!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of the central location, proximity to the Benson Sculpture Garden and the kid-friendly environment. We're just 15 minutes to Fort Collins, close to major hospitals (my wife is a nurse) and a hop, skip and jump to Denver. Our home is situated near grocery stores, downtown Loveland and shopping which makes it easy to bike or drive to most everywhere we want to go!

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because the rental unit is built two stories up in a robust steel and wood building, in a separate building in the back of our home. The views from the roof-top deck are unparalleled in the neighborhood. We love watching the sun rise from the balcony or taking in the sights at dusk with a glass of wine from high above. You'll love this unique building because of the privacy, views and open floor plan.
