About the host
Hosted by Stephanie
I am a destination wedding photographer and social media manager, and I absolutely adore my golden retriever, Angus, therapy dog extraordinaire! {he has his own instagram account {@hello_my_name_is_angus} When I'm not photographing weddings I usually can be found in nature. I also love to cook healthy foods and workout, pure barre and yoga are my jam!! I LOVE to travel and see the world from a locals perspective rather than a tourist so that is why I love this Vrbo platform. That, and connecting with others is pretty cool too.
Why they chose this property
The Don Cesar neighborhood is truly one of a kind. The inside loop of the neighborhood has a 3 acre park with a 1 mile walking path, tennis courts, pickle ball court, playground and covered picnic area. The outside loop is along the water and will lead you around to the boat ramp and Don Cesar hotel. The beauty of this location is that you are walking distance to everything yet have incredible access to the highway {which is so critical in peak season} Can't recommend this neighborhood enough! Come see for yourself.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because of its location, its backyard, and its flow.
It is walking distance to the beach, across the street from a 3 acre park, and a bike ride or free beach ride down to the historic Pass-a-grille area. Yet you are tucked away in the back of the neighborhood so there is very little street traffic or noise pollution.
The mature banyan trees in the backyard provide a canopy of shade as well as an incredible experience with nature where you can witness squirrels, lizards, or birds hopping around. It's an incredible backyard to connect with nature.
And the flow of the house is so simple and easy. It's light, and bright with outdoor patios in both the front and backyard. Its cozy on the inside and welcoming on the outside.
