Kitchen: Modern kitchen with an island and bar counter top with 4 stools. Stocked with your kitchen essentials to cook a home cooked meal. Microwave, Toaster oven, Keurig, coffee pot, Air Fryer, blender, utensils, grill utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, wine opener, pizza cutter, and more provided. Outdoor grill as well.

Bedrooms: We have 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has 1 queen bed and a trundle bed that turns into 2 single beds. The other bedroom has 1 queen bed. Plenty of closet space in both rooms. Long Length mirrors on the back of both doors and dresser space provided.
We have a sleeper sofa with a Bob-o-Pedic memory foam mattress with no springs that sleeps 2 people. Pillows and linens for pull out sofa are behind the recliner.
We have an air mattress with linens and pillows as well
Our cabin can accommodate 8 people.

Living room areas/Dining areas: We have 2 living room areas with 3 comfortable couches and a recliner chair. Amazon fire TV stick and Vermont casting wood burning stove. Directions for TV and wood burning stove will be provided. We have tons of board games, card games, puzzles and books for a fun game night.

Bathrooms: We have 2 full bathrooms with stand up shower and clawfoot tub with shower head.

Washer and dryer available for use in cabin. Directions for washer will be left on top of washer.

Outside: Outdoor entertaining space with large patio and stone fire pit. We purchased firewood for the season, so we ask that you please be respectful of usage. There are local stores, such as Stewarts, down the block that have firewood available for purchase in case you need more. There is a BBQ propane grill with a propane tank provided. We ask that you please conserve the usage in between uses. Outdoor table to dine at with plenty of seating. A front porch with table and seating to have your morning coffee or to watch the sunset. There are 2 kayaks available for use for a small fee. Life vests are available but we do advise bringing your own vests that have been fit accordingly- message us for combo code and usage details. We provide 1 rooftop kayak carrier.
We have a volleyball net set up in the warmer months on the front lawn.

The house is 1400 sq. ft. with a 112 sq. ft. outdoor porch . The property is 1.75 acres.

Guests are not allowed access to basement or garage.

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and serene. Our only request is to be respectful of neighbors and be cognizant of noise past 10 p.m.
