About this property

The beautiful vacation home "Lütt Huus Fiena" in the vacation park OstseeResort Olpenitz is only a short walk away from the beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea. The yacht and sailing harbor of Olpenitz with its colorful hustle and bustle is also right outside the gates of the vacation park.

The rooms extend over 2 floors, so you have enough space for up to 4 people. On the upper floor are the two spacious bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. In the bathroom on the first floor is the private infrared heat cabin of the vacation home. In the living area is the fireplace stove, in front of which you can make yourself comfortable. Of course, a large terrace is not to be missed to enjoy the sun.

Since the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half of the year; in the winter half of the year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and types of vacation, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time-out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space and it becomes all the more cozy in the vacation home.
Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine erholsame Urlaubswoche in Olpenitz in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus, das modern und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Beim Check in einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und im Haus einen informativen Ordner. Die Ferienhaus Umgebung ist im September angenehm ruhig und man kann das Meer rauschen hören.

Familienurlaub im ORO

Das Ferienhaus hält was es auf den Bildern verspricht. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden, was es zum Leben hier braucht. Küche ist top ausgestattet, man muss hier nichts mitnehmen. Negativ ist anzumerken, dass die Böden in dem Holzhaus beim drauf laufen immer laut knacken, was auch im EG zu hören ist. Sehr praktisch ist der Schuppen am Haus, um bspw Fahrradträger oder Dachbox zu verstauen. Das Haus war perfekt gereinigt und sauber. Die Lage im Ressort ist gut, fussläufig sind Supermarkt mit Bäcker und schöner Ostseesandstrand zu erreichen. Das Ressort ist noch im Bau, aber die Umgebung zum Ferienhaus war komplett fertig. Einzig es fehlen noch mehr Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kleine Nachteile sind teilweise fehlende Gehwege im Ressort bei Geschwindigkeit 30 km/h und aktuell noch wenige Spielplätze, wenn man mit jüngeren Kindern unterwegs ist. Das Ressort selbst liegt günstig. Kappeln erreicht man mit dem Rad in ca. 15 Minuten problemlos. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem einiges zu Erleben für Groß wie Klein bspw. Schloß Gottorf oder den Tierpark Gettorf. Insgesamt haben wir einen schönen Familienurlaub an der Ostsee hier verbracht.
