A second-floor condominium with elevator access from the parking garage with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for a family getaway!This condo features a large well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for family mealtimes. A comfy living room leads to a private balcony overlooking the maritime forest on the banks of the Jekyll River where you can listen to the birds and see the local wildlife. A King bed crowns the primary suite, along with a fabulous primary bathroom that has a large walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private bath. There are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom that shares a hall bath. Moorings #12 features cable TV, WiFi, and washer/dryer. This family-friendly condo also has a pack-n-play, a travel highchair, beach toys, and an umbrella. Accommodates: 6Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Moorings 12

Condo was great! It was clean and felt like home. Location was nice. Thank you for the use of the beach wagon! We loved everything about the condo. Its not on the beach but that was okay with us. The only negative would be that while sitting on the porch all you can hear are the ac/units running.
