Lake Winnipesaukee Condo - Private Beach, Walk to Concerts
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. This lakeside condo complex has its own 335 ft private sandy beach, a well lit walking path to the concert venue, and is minutes to Weirs Beach and Gunstock Mountain. Other amenities include an outdoor pools and tennis courts. Our unit has been recently updated and ready for you to enjoy all it has to offer.
The space
Our one bedroom condo is an air conditioned end unit. Perfect for a couple or small family.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all new appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. Also included are a coffee maker, toaster, and all basic cooking supplies.
Living Room: Open layout with flat screen cable TV and ROKU. Pull out sofa bed. Twin air mattress. Slider to private balcony. Tons of natural light.
Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, bureau with mirror, and TV. Slider to private balcony.
Bathroom: Shower with tub and new vanity
Property amenities: Private beach access across the street, outdoor pool, laundry machines, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground
Additional: Free WiFi, linens/towels provided, hair dryer, first aid kit, rolling beach caddy
Parking: One dedicated parking spot in front of the unit with additional spots in the upper lot.
Please note: the building with the indoor pool and hot tub are currently under construction and are not open at this time.
Centrally located, near all Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer. Walk to Bank of NH Pavilion via a private well lit path. Enjoy beach volleyball or shuffle board at our own private Barefoot Beach. Minutes down the road from the public Weirs Beach/Boardwalk and Gunstock Mountain. Shop at the tax free Tanger Outlets. Play games or ride Go Karts at Funspot. Hike Mt Major. Take a cruise on the Mount Washington.
