Located just down the road from the Oaklawn Horse Race Track/Year Round Casino - just off Central Ave. Open to monthly rental during race season. Catch the races during the day and come back to the romantic cottage to enjoy a beautiful lakeview sunset on the deck! You can tie your boat off the dock and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. Great fishing off the dock and a fabulous area to layout and catch some sunshine.

You're just a few minutes by boat from everything on the lake. The marina, lake entertainment, lakeside restaurants to accommodate you and your boat and enjoy delicious meals! This cozy cottage sits in a quiet cove, but still close to all the entertainment and fun activities Lake Hamilton has to offer! During the Big Holidays, such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day you will have the best seat in the house to watch fireworks considering they are directly in front of the deck off the master bedroom!

The full size kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully furnished to make your stay easy to cook meals and pack lunches to take out on the lake! Cozy Lake House

I scheduled this visit to attend the Hot Springs Spyder Rally but, I wanted the quiet a house would provide over a hotel. This place is just that. It is conveniently located near everything I needed yet gave me the quiet and privacy I prefer. I was hoping for a better view of the lake from the house but that is the only thing that wasn’t perfect for me.

Cozy Get-Away

This place was cozy. The kingsize bed was soft that my partner had the best sleep in ages. There’s two TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I wish both of these had accounts logged in from the host on them so we can stream whatever. The one in the living room was logged into Netflix luckily and the one in the bedroom was logged into Prime. The view from the bedroom was amazing! It stormed the first night we got there. One thing I disliked was the orange blanket on the bed seemed to be used outside prior to our arrival and had leaves/nature on there that got all over the bed. Also, my partner found strands of hair that wasn’t mine on the bed. Aside from this, this was a great stay! Note: The door in the picture was orange but the one we had was black.

Great cottage for a relaxation

Great stay overall! Housr was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Just 5-10 minute drive to town. Kitchen was fully stocked if you want to cook or grill. It was a great visit!

Perfect place

This cute cabin was perfect for our family of three. Plenty of space to spread out and the house had everything we needed. The patio was a great place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful view and lovely weather. The location was close to anything we wanted to do which was a plus. Loved the comfort of staying in a home versus a hotel 😊 also really liked having the privacy/quiet of a freestanding home over a condo. We would definitely book again!

My Husband and I bought this Cozy Lake Cottage in 2009! We lived at the cottage for a while as our permanent residence. We found out early in the summer of 2009 we were expanding our family and needed more space for our family. We miss living at the cottage and waking up every morning to the beautiful lakeview, but we also know that the cottage is our vacation getaway! While we lived at the cottage we were able to furnish it and make it a nice romantic getaway!
