Excellent Stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The three levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level was a definite plus. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and basic supplies we needed. There was no air conditioning, which is probably only relevant for a month or two out of the year, but IMO should be noted in the listing. The cabin was very close to both Fairplay and some great hiking trails, so the location was excellent. Overall, I would definitely considering staying at this house again for a future trip.

2023 family vacation

Loved all the room in the house and especially having 3 1/2 baths. We enjoyed watching a movie and playing games during our down time.
