This beautiful, remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint and new furniture. King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center (temporarily closed), hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Two beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the condo for guest use.

Condo 4-805 is located in Tower 4 on the 8th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Quick trip to PCB

We enjoyed our stay. The double balcony was a treat with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo had everything we needed. Great location, convenient to many things to do and restaurants.

Fun Getaway

We loved the one bedroom/bath for a Spring Break getaway. Most of the rooms were a good size and the double wide porch was great! Also loved how close we were to the water. A comfy mattress would be a great addition.
