The Space:
Completely renovated, updated, and thoughtfully decorated in early 2021, our home is primed for the perfect long-term stays. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and stunning butcher block countertops. Other amenities include a new washer and dryer, a private fenced-in yard with a patio dining set and a private hot tub.

BACKYARD:
Soak in your private hot tub and relax after a day of hiking and exploring Colorado Springs. Fire up the grill and cookout with your friends and family on the natural gas grill in the fenced-in yard.

KITCHEN:
We are very well stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils that will let you cook your favorite meal just like at home! Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge!

LIVING ROOM:
Watch your favorite movie or show on a 55" 4k Smart TV, or invite some friends and have them crash on the pull-out couch's comfortable queen-size memory foam mattress.

BATHROOM:
Located right off the living room and next to both bedrooms, the newly remodeled bathroom features a full-sized bathtub, with all your bathing essentials such as high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand-soap, lotion, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. We also have a hairdryer, a first aid kit, cotton swabs, and extra toilet paper.

BEDROOM 1:
This bedroom features a perfectly firm King-sized memory foam mattress with luxury white sheets. Enjoy relaxing and catching up on your favorite shows with a smart TV where you can pick up on your latest Netflix shows or other subscriptions that you have and can log into on the Smart TV.

BEDROOM 2:
This bedroom features an incredibly plush queen-sized hospitality grade mattress with luxurious white sheets, a large closet, and an in-wall AC unit.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire cottage, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. The property is shared with the main house. However, the cottage has its own separate and private parking spaces, fully fenced backyard, and private hot tub! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in the middle of a family-friendly neighborhood close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and iconic Colorado Springs tourist destinations. We are just a few blocks to Downtown and Old Colorado City, 2 miles from Garden of the Gods, and a quick drive to all the great destinations and sights that the Springs has to offer.

Getting Around:
One of our favorite breweries within walking distance - Cerberus Brewing has an awesome outdoor seating area with corn hole, great IPAs, and even better food!

A short drive (1 mile/5 min) away are numerous places to eat and shop in downtown Colorado Springs. Enjoy killer food and drink at some of our favorite local spots, such as Phantom Canyon, Dos Santos, and The Odyssey. For breakfast, you must experience the famous Denver Biscuit Co or try the stellar gluten-free menu at Coquette's Bistro and Bakery.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
