Local homeowner looking to provide safe, clean & the type of accommodations that will have you return here again when staying in Newport. I live on the property but absolutely afford guests their privacy. My neighbors are a priority in this residential neighborhood. While the house affords plenty of outdoor relaxing space during your stay, it is not a (large event) property. Outdoor grilling w/ family and friends on the secluded patio & ample seating space for relaxing on the full front porch. In short, the design is for you to feel as if you at a 'Home away from home'. The unit is a 6- or 7-minute walk to reach all the trendy sidewalk cafe's and restaurants, and another few minutes brings you to Newport's vibrant & fun waterfront attractions. America's first resort.
