Welcome to Summer Breeze! Unpack your bags, hang your keys, and let your vacation begin!
Just 500' (across the street) from Salisbury Beach Access #7, this Beach Home offers all the amenities and space you will need to make memories for a lifetime.
Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short stroll to the Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…) and a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), Laundry express, and the Express Food Mart (fully stocked convenience).
This property is a single level (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach at Entrance #7. The Main Bedroom features a King-Sized bed and the Bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.
The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. There is also a game cabinet in the kitchen filled with family favorites (Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Connect 4 and more..). A Centralized AC system will keep you nice and cool on those hot summer nights or warm on chilly evenings.
Watch the sunsets over the marsh from your private deck, including a gas grill and seating for the whole family. There is also a screened-in front porch, perfect for early morning coffee, an afternoon rest from the sun, or a quiet evening cocktail.
There is 1 off street parking space included and limited on street public parking.
Sheets and blankets are provided for all beds, as well as 6 sets of towels.
We provide everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, towels, games, and wagon, we also have coolers and an outdoor cold-water shower.
We have done our best to design the Summer Breeze to meet all of the needs of families. The location makes it perfect for a quiet getaway. Close enough to the Salisbury boardwalk for an evening at the arcades but far enough from the hustle and bustle on your own quiet stretch of beach.

Having traveled with kids and stayed in everything from Tents, Time Shares, and Luxury Resorts (and everything in between), we decided to create a place that provides everything a Family needs for a memorable vacation. We have done our best to provide every necessity and convenience that we looked for in our family vacations and a little bit more!
Why they chose this property
Location, Location, Location.... Located in the middle of the Salisbury beach in the middle of residential properties, this home is perfectly situated. There is very little on street public parking which means no crowds. Everyone on the beach walks there, they are either residents or fellow travelers. No beach towel to beach towel crowded beaches, find your spot and spread out!
What makes this property unique
Perfectly located just a 15 minute walk (.8 miles) to the Salisbury Boardwalk, featuring Arcades, Beach Pizza, and a newly restored carousal. Interested in dinner out? Walk down to the local restaurants (Seaglass, Capri, Surf Side) then enjoy a quiet evening stroll home on the beach.
Going North it is only 1 mile to the Seabrook, NH town line. Brown's and Marky's Seafood, Tripoli's Pizza, the Dairy barn and more are only a 20 minute walk away. Lobsters and Steamers are just minutes away.
Fireworks, you can see both the Hampton & Salisbury Fireworks from this beach, located right between, you can grab a Beach Chair, a cooler of your favorite beverage and watch the fireworks only steps from your front door.
