About this property

Enjoy a peaceful, quiet escape in beautiful Chatham on Cape Cod. Our home is a short walk to town and Oyster Pond. 7 minute walk to Del Mar, one of the Cape's best restaurants! Very centrally located and a fenced in back yard perfect for play and happy hour. New outdoor shower too! Locally decorated with a coastal feel. Making special memories with your family here will come easy. The floor plan is warm, inviting and open and provides ample space for everyone to visit and enjoy privacy.

Upstairs has shorter ceilings, about 6.5' so please keep that in mind. Lovely backyard with privacy fence.

Linens aren't included, but we partner with Chatham Concierge for all linen services. Linens will be delivered to the property on arrival date and picked up on departure date. The cost for linen rentals ranges from $282 - $418/week and that includes sheets, bath towels, bathmats and delivery/pick up service.
