This place was perfect for us

This place was a reasonably nice place. We liked the location in the building as it was just off the swimming pool area so was a little quieter. You are one set of condos away from the beach but it is very close access to a small public area and you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. A frustration for us was not having enough information on how to access wifi (besides the password) and how to work the door lock. A sheet of instructions in the room would be helpful. Last sort of negative is the place needs painted throughout. For us, we did not mind and was a place we would stay in again.

Perfect location for wanting quick access to the beach on a budget

My sister and I took our kids for a quick beach trip after school. This was very affordable and worked out perfectly. This property is not technically beach front, there is a building in between you and the beach. However you can still see the ocean from the patio. On Google maps it looked like we would have to walk across the street to the beach but it’s actually just small parking lot and it a very short walk. I’ve actually walked further when I stayed at a beach front property. There is umbrella/chair rentals right when you get on the beach as well. It is also fairly close to everything you need, shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. In another review there was mention of the light in the bedroom being bright. It didn’t bother us. It’s pretty dim at night and wasn’t a huge deal. It definitely didn’t affect our sleeping. We received a check in text message instructions as soon as we got there asking to making sure the place was clean. It was. The bathroom and kitchen could definitely use a little updating but it was clean. The shower door is broken and it would look much better to just remove it and put up a shower curtain. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and paint is chipping. The Wi-Fi name and password never worked for us. we just used our hotspot instead. You will need to bring your own beach toys. It would be a nice touch if they included some beach toys inside the condo.
