About this property

This beautiful and cozy condo is just a block from miles of sandy beach. Coffee shop just a walk across the street. Full functioning kitchen and shared balcony with views of Wells Marsh. Onsite free parking for one vehicle. Enjoy Well's famous Congdon's donuts in the morning and the newer "Congdon's After Dark Food Truck Park" , now open daily 4pm-8pm. 4.7 miles to the north is The Rachel Carson Natural Wildlife Refuge and the infamous "Maine Diner". A few miles north of that is the quaint town of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport with fine shops, restaurants and picturesque rocky shores. To the south of Wells, enjoy a show at The Ogunquit Playhouse during the summer months or a walk along scenic Marginal Way. Still a little further south, enjoy a day of Outlet shopping in Kittery and a visit to the iconic Kittery Trading Post. For the adventurous, a short drive to Well's train station for a Downeaster trip to Boston MA, a city rich in culture and history. The train drops you at North Station, home of TD Garden for you New England sports fans (or haters).

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication

Inside was awesome. 2nd story was difficult for my husband with cancer. Will look for ground level next time. Everything in the place was great and close to the beach!

Weekend at Wells

The hostess, Nancy, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Just lovely! The apt was well appointed - she thought of everything a visitor might need, right down to a little cooler to take to the beach. Also so refreshing to find good paper products and not the cheap TP or Kleenex you sometimes find. We weren’t that impressed with the Wells Beach area itself but the VRBO was excellent.

A Gem!

This unit was perfect for two people. It was welcoming, immaculate and well-equipped with many thoughtful touches we weren't expecting but really appreciated! It is very close to the beach and several restaurants. Groceries and numerous other restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away.
