A great private little cottage !!

Poor communication and incorrect information on the listing

This property does not have any on-site management, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The offsite management is done with a 3rd party app with communication only through email, only getting replies hours later. The issue I was having that required communication was the advertised wifi didn’t exist or wasn’t reachable from the cabin. Communication about wifi was unclear and management obviously didn’t care whether it was resolved or not. We picked this property so it would be possible to get some work done from the cabin with wifi and that was impossible. In addition, the cabin was hard to find as the address only directs you to the resort it’s part of but this specific cabin was across the street like an afterthought. Cleanliness was fine other than dirt and visible leaves from the yard on the floor when we got there that we had to sweep up ourselves.
