This complex is ideally located just north of 30A, less than a third of a mile from the Beachwood Villas Beach Access. You'll find shared grills for afternoon barbecues on the grounds.
After a day spent sunbathing, boogie boarding, and kayaking in emerald waters, walk back to this second-floor condo to be greeted by a cool blast of central air-conditioning. The main living space is open and comfortable. There's a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island breakfast bar for two, and an adjacent dining table. The sitting area has a sectional and a cable TV (the first of four TVs in the condo, with one in each of the three bedrooms as well). French doors lead outside to a screened balcony - a lovely spot to dine or sip cocktails at golden hour.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
