This three bed three bath home located inside the highly sought after Turtle Lane Club has something for everyone. After entering the guard gated community, guests will drive past a beautiful array of maintained flowers as they pull into their vacation destination.

A quick walk up the steps will lead you to the front door and into the beautifully tiled entryway of the home. Immediately on the left, guests will find a den that includes a pull-out queen sofa bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The hangout space also features an additional chair, and gorgeous wide plank light oak flooring. A glance over to the right side will lead guests to the first two spacious bedrooms of the home.

The first bedroom holds two queen beds, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large mirror above the sink, and a shower/tub combo - perfect for a quick rinse or a relaxing soak. The second bedroom right next to the first features a king bed, wicker chair, and a large closet and ensuite bathroom with the same setup.
Once guests walk further into the home, they will fall in love with the vibe of the open concept dining and living space. The dining room area is spacious, with seating at the table for up to 8. Just beyond that resides the living space, with a large L-shaped couch, reclining chair, fireplace area, and a flatscreen TV - perfect for unwinding after a great dinner.

The great features of this space only get better when you enter the kitchen. Equipped with a Jennaire double oven, a Bosch 5 burner cooktop, a Kitchen aid side-by-side fridge, and a Keurig, this kitchen has it all. With these modern appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space, chefs from beginner to expert can enjoy crafting some food to eat.

Just off the kitchen is an additional cozy dining area with a small table, perfect for a midday snack. This area also features large windows to let in plenty of natural light, and a stacked washer dryer enclosed in a closet.

The final indoor feature is the master bedroom, located just off of the living space. This incredible room holds a king bed, two large nightstands, a wicker chair, a spacious closet, and a luxurious dedicated bathroom. The bathroom has a gorgeous dual sink vanity, and a walk-in shower that has a small bench inside.

Directly outside the back door in the living space, guests can step out onto the back porch to get some fresh air and take in a great view. Or, a short walk out the front of the house, guests have access to the two pools within Turtle Lane Club. These fabulous pools have all new outdoor lounge furniture, an outdoor bathroom, and each have a path stemming from them that will guide you right to the private beach access. Guests will find soft IPE bridges at the end of the paths, perfect for a barefoot walk right onto the beautiful beaches of the “Gold Coast.” Outdoor showers at the ends of the beach path are the perfect way to rinse your toes off after sunset before heading home.
