Turoredo - Cozy, typical Mallorcan house with pool

This rustic country house is located on the quaint villages of Ariany and Petra on a small hill, so you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. An only 60 m long dirt road takes you to the main road from Petra to Manacor.
The owners have renovated with great care and attention to detail this beautiful house.
A large terrace with direct access to the pool, beautiful sun loungers and a barbecue area give you the privacy you expect from your holiday home. You can leave your chilled drinks in the shade of the pergola, or settle in on one of the large cushioned benches.
Through large antique wooden doors you enter the house and are right in the cozy living room. Several large sofas invite you to read a good book or just relax in the colder months watching a log fire. Immediately adjacent to the living room is the large open modern kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher. The traditional style was very finely combined with modern elements.
A double room and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. All rooms are harmoniously decorated in different shades of white and beige. You will find many ancient items that have been lovingly restored. This creates a very pleasant atmosphere in which you will fully enjoy your holiday.
