Housed in a Historic 1900's charmer, this 1-bedroom has a lot to offer, including: kitchen, wifi, open living, King Bed & balcony to people watch. The spacious layout comfortably accommodates 4(sofa bed) and you are sure to love the exposed brick throughout and the cathedral ceilings. Our prime location is just above the Visitor Center! Sit outside on our balcony and Enjoy your morning coffee and for good people watching. Are you coming to fish, visit the beaches or just hang out? This is the best location & will not disappoint. We are hard workers and avid travelers! We love visiting new places and meeting so many different people. The world is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We planted a few of our roots here in Apalachicola because we loved it so much and want to visit often, in between our other travels.

Why they chose this property

We came to Apalachicola and fell in love with all it has to offer, especially the people and the old charm! This apartment and the building it is in is Historic and so beautiful. The exposed brick, tall ceilings and spacious layout is wonderful.
