Bring the family and friends as there are 2 guest bedrooms.  One has a queen and the other room has a Bunk bed (Double and Twin) along with a twin bed. 

The renovated kitchen has new granite countertops, updated cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances.  The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook and host meals for your family and friends and is open to a roomy living and dining area. There is no bad view from the living room which boasts spectacular panoramas of the ocean. The condo comes with all the amenities of home with Wi-Fi, Cable TV, in living room. No need to overpack and bring extra clothes as there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. **Spring 2024- On April 8th, Blanchard will begin the application of new sealant around the perimeter of all oceanside windows. 
 This project will take 3-5 weeks to complete.  The contractor will start no earlier than 9:30 AM and finish by 5:30 PM each day, starting on floor 7 and working their way down.   All windows will be accessed via the swing stage from the roof, so no unit access should be necessary.  It should take no more than 1-hour to complete each window, so this should not be very intrusive.
