A place to crash

We needed a place local to Comerica Park after a concert. The place was clean, but very poor. Quality is at or below Motel 6 and the cost is 2x higher. The fridge is in the hallway up upper and lower unit. I don't know who is downstairs. Leftover items in fridge. Bathroom was clean but old. One bed was comfortable. The 2-level Futon in the other room was not. We did not use a pullout couch. To get into the house, you have to type in 4 digit code, then press Yale button. Upstairs surprised us with another lock. Same code, but you have to press the checkmark key instead. It surprised us at 12:30 at night. I had a good sleep, my friend did not. Neighborhood doesn't appear good. Pawnshop, liquor store are close by. With bars on windows. Car didn't get broken into so no complaints there. The owner keeps the place clean. I had to ask for the unlock code.
