Great place for your next girls’ trip
The house is very comfortable and offers great sleeping and visiting areas. Although we did not use the outdoor fireplace, we did enjoy sitting on the patio. The house is in a great location.

Girls’ Trip
We loved our stay at the 7th Avenue Manor. The house is lovely in a great location in Laurel. The host was communicative and flexible on our check in time. There were snacks and bottled water upon arrival, and the house is very comfortable. We were a group of childhood friends who grew up in Laurel, and the house helped make the trip really fun.

I am a Guidance Counselor and have lived in Laurel all my life. My husband and I have two children currently in college. We absolutely love our hometown and are excited to share it with others!

Why they chose this property

My son is currently in school to become an Architect. He loves the art of old structures and integrating new design. When he saw the home, he was sold!! It has been beautifully renovated with a modern feel while leaving the original character in tact! It is just has a peaceful, relaxing feel.

What makes this property unique

Although the home is in town and conveniently located to all of the shops and restaurants, it is also private and secluded. The outdoor living space offers time with family and friends around the fireplace, drinking coffee outside the kitchen on the patio, or playing cornhole in the side yard. It is like staying in the country with the conveniences of living in the city.
